A diminuitive miqo'te with piercing purple eyes. Her tanned skin is covered in tattoos she got as an attempt to begin expressing herself in a world that expected conformity. She usually keeps her shimmering blonde hair styled in side bangs, with a long ponytail. When out and about, she's usually wearing a cropped leather jacket, sunglasses, and red shoes.

Perpetually torn between duty and fulfillment. Sparky and energetic, Breezy loves new experiences and taking life in. In professional settings, her Hingan upbringing shows through, and she is almost overly formal. This facade cracks as she gains familiarity, and in casual settings she struggles to stay still and is quick to jump on an exciting new thing.

Biography
Born Yokaze Hatan'ya to a family of artisans in Kugane, Breezy spent much of her early life either running through the markets or assisting her father at the forge. She showed a natural talent for smithing, and yet her mind often wandered, following the myriad tradeships that flowed through the port of her home. As a teenager, this wanderlust grew, and eventually put her at odds with her family. Her father wanted her to stay home and work the forge, arguing that she had a duty to keep up the traditions of the family and that the work load at the forge was more than he could accomplish without her. This anchored her in place for a few more years, as she tried to uphold that duty.Shortly after reaching adulthood, she made a deal with a ship bound for Limsa Lominsa, providing tool repair services while aboard in return for her passage. Upon her arrival, she changed her name, choosing something that retained her identity while not calling out her Hingan heritage. From there, she earned her commission in the Maelstrom, making her name as a versatile frontline fighter. In her off time, she kept up her bladeworks, forging everything from swords to chef's cutlery. It was these endeavors that led to her meeting Rizu, having forged her a custom set of knives. The two became close, eventually choosing to become eternally bonded.
